Bamberg

Due to a change in lease ownership in March 2022, the family run restaurant in Banberg closed. At first we toyed with the idea of quitting and withdrawing from the restaurant business completely. But since we spent our whole lives putting our body and soul into the catering trade, we didn’t want to let our beloved Eulenspiegel die so easily so we decided to take the soul of the Eulenspiegel with us to our adopted home.

We found a suitable restaurant for ulenspiegel in Costa Adeje and decided to let it live on, here on this beautiful island.

Right from the start, Eulenspiegel was run in Bamberg by the family and their dedicated employees. Without such a well-rehearsed team, who kept things running smoothly, we would never have been able to accomplish the project in Tenerife.

Therefore we would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire Bamberg team from the bottom of our hearts!

With our passion for gastronomy, our enthusiasm and attention to detail, we want to make Eulenspiegel Tenerife a worthy successor. What has arisen here from euphoria, planning, a lot of renovation work combined with a lot of frustration makes us proud.
